System — Booking and appointment management platform used by Mandarina Nails Studio.

Client — Individual who is at least 18 years old and has created an account in the system to book services.

Booking — Action by a Client to reserve a service offered by Mandarina Nails Studio through the system.

Account — Client's profile created in the system to manage bookings and personal data.

Partner — Mandarina Nails Studio, registered in the system as a service provider.

Services — Manicure, pedicure, and other related beauty treatments offered by Mandarina Nails Studio.

II. Preliminary Provisions

These terms and conditions establish the terms for the use of the booking system and the provision of services by Mandarina Nails Studio.

III. Types and Scope of Services

We offer manicure, pedicure, and other related beauty treatments, which can be booked through Mandarina Nails Studio's system.

Clients can make, modify, or cancel service bookings through the system.

Payments for services can be made at the location or through Mandarina Nails Studio's system, depending on the available options.

IV. Use of the System

To use the booking system, clients must create an account providing truthful and complete personal information.

The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.

Mandarina Nails Studio reserves the right to block or delete accounts in case of violation of these terms and conditions.

V. Bookings and Cancellations

Service bookings must be confirmed by Mandarina Nails Studio to be effective.

Booking conditions, including possible deposits or prepayments, will be specified in the system before making the booking.

The client will receive booking confirmation notifications via email and SMS; these confirmations will not contain marketing or commercial content, only booking information.

The client can cancel the booking at any time before the service, subject to the cancellation policies specified in the system.

VI. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance to avoid charges.

In case of late cancellations or no-shows, Mandarina Nails Studio reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.

Refunds will be processed according to the refund policy specified in Mandarina Nails Studio's system.

It is the client's responsibility to arrive on time for the scheduled appointment so that it can be performed properly. Otherwise, Mandarina Nails Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment at a time agreed upon by the client.

VII. Personal Data and Privacy

Mandarina Nails Studio is committed to protecting the privacy of the client's personal data.

The personal data collected will be used solely for booking management, sending notifications, and service improvements.

VIII. Client's Responsibility

The client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information in their account.

The client is responsible for attending reserved appointments punctually.

The client must inform Mandarina Nails Studio staff of any medical condition or allergy that may affect the service.

IX. Mandarina Nails Studio's Responsibility

Mandarina Nails Studio is committed to providing services professionally and in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.

Mandarina Nails Studio is not responsible for adverse reactions to products or treatments if the client has not informed about medical conditions or allergies.

X. Intellectual Property
